2. Products

The ChaosMS Store sells virtual items for the ChaosMS Minecraft server (e.g. in-game money, ranks and cosmetics). Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and can only be used on the ChaosMS server.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when you complete the payment. Before paying, you must enter your Minecraft username. You are responsible for entering it correctly.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via the payment provider offered at checkout. Items are only delivered after the payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Items are delivered automatically to the entered Minecraft account, usually within a few minutes after payment. If an item has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact us with your order ID.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires once delivery has started, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent at checkout.

7. Minors

Players under 18 may only make purchases with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Server rules and changes

Purchased items do not protect against bans for breaking the server rules. We may change or rebalance items or end the server; in this case there is no claim to a refund unless required by law.

9. Minecraft

ChaosMS is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
